Services and Support
Assist with the logging of technical support calls or services
Assist with basic technical support over the phone
Assist in scheduling work for technical support and services
Technical
Receive job cards from Coordinator + Capture
Capture times for travel on KPI'S
Capture time spent on sites KPI's
Capture all related KPIs + work out KPI's
Make sure all vehicle licenses up to date
Make sure all driver's license up to date
Tracking + Checking out of vehicles to techs + Form
Insurance claims of vehicles
Make sure all service + repairs on vehicles up to date
Keep track of all incoming calls, times/type of call
Sorting files on shared folder
Tooling monitoring systems
Logging of backlogs Services + call outs
All other admin related responsibilities and requirements
Working Hours
7am-5pm Monday to Friday (No weekend or after-hours work)
