What you will do


As this territory is a key contributor to the overall ambition, you will be carrying the many uncontrolled patients in your immediate territory and this responsibility demands of you to know your products, the disease area & the unmet needs of the HCP that they aim to attain for their patients.

Your skilful ability to create awareness of the patient and the need (should it not be known to the treating HCP), to position our product optimally to meet the requirement, AND to know you have made a difference to the patient and the HCP.

To meet and exceed your sales targets and non-sales KPI which include daily F2F calls, product training, digital customer interactions and campaigns, ensure up-to-date customer lists, conduct properly targeted meetings for the appropriate customer, successfully implement the sales and marketing strategies and to meet all other require monthly expectations as set out and agreed with line manager.


We are looking for a state Access Associate that will rise to the challenges, exceed expectations, and contribute towards elevating the team's contribution to the next level.

The principal function is calling upon primary care physicians, specialists, pharmacies, state pharmaceutical/medical depot, and regional military hospitals and depot in line with the sales and marketing strategy, and additionally to drive and increase access of our product basket in the public sector through identifying buy-out opportunities.


Typical Accountabilities will include

  • Engage healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support onlabel prescribing for appropriate patients.
  • Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in territory.
  • Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
  • Drive access in the public sector for both contracted products and seek buyout opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
