Prepping, Fulfillment and Dispatch Officer

Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with experience in e-commerce operations? We are seeking a highly motivated Prepping,Fulfillment & Dispatch Officer to join our dynamic team in the e-commerce industry.

With a minimum of 6 months of experience and a matric or diploma qualification, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and efficient preparation and fulfillment of customer orders.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet our standards before shipping.
  • Maintain organized inventory storage and retrieval systems to facilitate order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to prioritize and schedule order shipments.
  • Generate and print shipping labels, packing slips, and other required documentation.
  • Collaborate with customer service to resolve orderrelated inquiries or issues.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for order processing, packaging, and shipping.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team for restocking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Assist in the implementation and improvement of prepping and fulfillment processes.
  • Perform routine inventory audits and assist in cycle counting activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and propose solutions.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities, including order fulfillment and shipping details.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Matric or Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in order fulfillment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling and packing customer orders.
  • Proficiency in using order management systems and ecommerce platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet order deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices is a plus.
  • Forklift or pallet jack operation experience is a bonus.

Salary:
From R4,500.00 per month
