**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Monitor Alarm System and Offsite Viewing Camera Systems
- Receive notifications of Alarm Signals incidents
- Relay notifications of incidents, issues, etc. to the appropriate Armed Reaction Officer, Management and Client
- Dispatch Armed reaction officers to investigate alarms and respond to incidents, escalate as procedure states and to the best of own judgement
- Interface with security officers on site to co-ordinate incident responses
- Notify emergency services when the external response is required; co-ordinate with security on site to ensure Emergency services have immediate access to the Site
- Monitor the performance of security elements and deficiencies to Management
- Applies the appropriate profesionalism, maturity and tact to manage the incidents
- Adheres to and promotes the clients' procedures at all times
- Communicates concerns, process improvement ideas, or other opportunities for improvement to the team
- Performs other duties as required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric / Grade 12
- PSIRA Registered (Minimum Grade C)
- Security monitoring experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a Security Operations Centre Operator
- Communications skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities and capable accurately capturing and relaying information
- Computer literacy: Minimum intermediate level competency with windows based computer systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Software
- Exposed to Listener/ Oryx Software
- Drivers Licence ( Compulsory)
- Competency (Compulsory)
- Must be willing to work long and flexible hours

**Package & Remuneration**

Market Related

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R4,500.00 - R6,000.00 per month
