Job Description Anticipated Contract Length/End Date**:July 2024

What you will do:

  • Oversee event management and manage design and copywriting support.
  • Coordinate event collateral/assets including social media, and assist with various daytoday tasks leading up to global events.
  • Manage blog series and monthly build promo.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the program, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to effectively manage project resources and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and communications with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts, ensuring projects are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing guidance, and mentorship to project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and governance frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in program or project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Program managing large, global corporate events experience preferred.
  • Experience working with or being part of marketing teams preferred.
  • Professional services or similar industry background preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint etc.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to managing change and uncertainty.
  • Accustomed to working with global teams for international collaboration.
  • Flexible to work outside of regular time zone hours to accommodate deadlines, tasks and meetings for event management/stakeholder management.
