We are looking to hire a dynamic, passionate, confident, proactive and meticulous Learning & Organizational Development Coordinator to join a goal-oriented team.


QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

  • Tertiary qualification in Training & Development or equivalent.
  • Recognition is given to Prior Learning and practical experience.

NECESSARY EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:

  • At least 3 years experience in training officer/coordinator role.
  • Advanced computer skills.
  • Experience in having faced successful local and/ or international quality audits.
  • Experience in quality management systems/ learning management systems.
  • Experience within a Pharma/ Biotechnology FMCG industry.
  • Experience in developing and conducting training interventions.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:

  • Coordinate all training activities in line with annual training plan.
  • Coordinate payment of all training invoices and update tracker.
  • Flags potential under / over expenditure risks timeously.
  • Assist with developing and sourcing training interventions to meet the training needs of the organisation.
  • Ensure that planned Induction, Job Specific and GMP training is performed timeously.
  • Ensure that all training modules and content are uploaded onto appropriate LMS, O365 or HRIS platforms.
  • Ensure that training audits are successful and in line with SOP and GMP requirements.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement on all L&D processes.
  • Give input to opportunities for automation, system enhancements and new learning technologies.
  • Participate in change management projects to support the L & OD Manager.
  • Support the L & OD Manager to prepare the verification data and documents for BBBEE audit.
  • Track and report on training outcomes.
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of skills development and facilitation.
  • Building own GMP Knowledge and Compliance.
  • Ensuring that the department is audit ready through closing out audit findings timeously.
- cGMP - quality and regulatory compliance knowledge, i.e. MCC and WHO.
