Job Title:
Internal Learning and Development Facilitator


Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Learning and
designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs tailored to the needs of our
employees across various departments within the company. This role plays a vital part in
enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of our workforce, ultimately contributing to
in learning and development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR to identify training needs and develop learning objectives aligned
with organizational goals.

  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and
seminars on a range of topics, including but not limited to leadership development, soft
skills, technical skills, and compliance training.

  • Develop and customize training materials, resources, and assessments to meet the
diverse learning styles and needs of employees.

  • Utilize various instructional techniques and technologies to enhance learning outcomes,
such as e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and multimedia resources.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and
feedback mechanisms, and make necessary adjustments to improve content and
delivery methods.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning
and development to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

  • Maintain accurate training records, track employee participation and progress, and
generate reports for HR.

  • Administer certification programs and professional development initiatives to support
employee career growth and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Learning and Development Facilitator or Trainer, preferably in
an internal training environment.

  • Certification in learning and development methodologies such as Certified Professional
in Training Management (CPTM), or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design theories, and
training evaluation methods.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
engage and motivate employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools,
and other technology-enabled learning solutions.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment,
managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to assess training needs, analyze data,
and make data-driven decisions.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing business needs, learner
preferences, and emerging training trends.
