  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Advanced Ms Office suite experience

DUTIES:

  • Diary and meeting management
  • Office management
  • Manages effective incoming and outgoing communication
  • Arranges all travel requirements for Executives and team members
  • Provides office administration support to the Executives and team
  • Compile reports
  • Provides an office support function to ensure operational efficiencies in the office environment
