We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Personal Assistant.

This position plays a vital role in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and guests, as well as providing administrative support to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide basic information
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and special events
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and tidy
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Assist with personal tasks for executives, such as booking appointments and managing personal schedules

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations
