  • Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve system hardware, software, and networking issues throughout the network environment.
  • Assist in maintaining system backups and recovery systems.
  • Administering the operation of LAN/WANrelated network services and devices

  • Maintain the EMEA help desks assisting both end users and other members of the support team where necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in deploying and managing server operating systems.

  • Experience working with Office 365 administration.
  • SQL Query writing and debugging.
