  • Responsible for health and safety requirements set out by the said customer.
  • Follow internal company SHE requirements.
  • Record keeping and information management of the above said.
  • Relevant rate negotiations approved by direct line manager.
  • A Certificate in administration or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Computer skills.
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
