Credit Administrator Intern

Seeking an intern to take part in a 6 month opportunity where you would work as a credit administrator in a Fleet Management Company.
Successful applicant must have completed their Grade 12 and have a relevant post matric qualification. They must have experience in credit administrator role.
Tasks include:
- Confirm signatures on all orders and confirmation of rentals
- Original Master Agreements need to be filed in basement
- Creation and amendment of all invoice consolidations
- Creation of all customer codes for the Business.
- Creation and amendments to new and existing company structures timeously
- Timeously create new customer codes to existing structures
- Timeous confirmation of signatures against the List of Authorised Signatory form
- Daily operations cost savings - e.g. paper and telephone costs
- Set, agree and achieve targets for personal development
- Ability to adapt to and accept change, new ideas and new challenges
- Complete training and development programmes in line with company policy
- Commit to personal development plans
- Ensure that Industry knowledge remains current
- Resolve credit issues with clients timeously and accurately
- Make credit decisions within the assigned authority in a timeous manner

Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: R7 000,00 per month
