Centre Sales & Operations Support

Summary:


Primarily to assist with Direct sales both onsite and via other channels, from enquiry through to putting the booking on the system, but also assist in onsite customer facing operations tasks, i.e.

liaising with Students and or Agents, social media and marketing involvement and assisting in the overall customer experience.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

Sales and Admissions:

  • To deal with walkins (show them around the school and assist them with any questions they may have)
  • Creating quotes for all new direct bookings (in school and via the service desk)
  • Assist with processing booking requests onto the designated booking system and issue all booking documents
  • Attend to and support student and agent questions, booking changes and enquir
- ies (both in school and via our various contact platforms)

  • To assist the Office Manager with chasing payment

Student/Customer Engagement:

  • Provide customer service support to students with regards to their bookings, pay
- ments, and deposits

  • Assist in all aspects of ensuring a great customer experience for our students
  • Assist in gathering feedback, promoting social media posts and upselling any ser
- vices, i.e. extra classes and excursions

Social Media and Marketing:

  • Creating ideas which would generate content for social media
  • Assist with organising events, overseeing filming of social media videos and coordinating staff and students for these events/videos/photoshoots
Any other duties as may be required from time to time by the company.

Essential

Qualifications

  • Experience with booking/reservation systems (Fidelo/CLASS)

Experience

  • General office administration experience
  • Experience of using full range of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Helpdesk/service desk not essential but would be ideal
  • Face to face/Front of house customer relations

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Excellent level of spoken and written English
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel

R9, R11,576.00 per month
