About the role:


You will be responsible for providing a combination of account management, consulting, frontline customer and technical support, and project management.

You will be working directly with clients to provide friendly, accurate, helpful, and timely assistance to ensure they succeed throughout and beyond the setup process.

  • If you have a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing associations and are fluent with AMS technology, this is the job for you.

This is a remote work opportunity that serves the North American market. Hours are 4PM to Midnight SA time (Monday to Friday)

You will need a secure quiet home office, a quality internet connection and UPS capable of supporting at least 6 hours of operation in the event of power outages.

Salary:
R18, R22,000.00 per month
