- Minimum Entry-Level Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in engineering, sales, technical assistance, or business administration.
- Other Requirements:
- Three or more years of experience in aftersales, customer services, or sales within an OEM engineering and fabrication environment.
- Having a Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is an added advantage.
- Essential Entry-Level Knowledge:
- Technical Knowledge:
A deep understanding of engineering principles, industry trends, and technology to spot potential business opportunities and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Sales and Marketing:
Capable of creating and implementing marketing strategies, generating leads, and sealing deals. Building customer relationships, grasping their requirements, and delivering technical information clearly and persuasively through sales pitches and negotiations.
- Market Research:
Proficient in conducting market research and analysis to recognize market trends, competition, and potential clients.
- Project Management:
Skilled in project management, including planning, organizing, and coordinating resources.
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills:
Effective communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Capable of simplifying complex technical information for non-technical audiences and presenting ideas convincingly through reports, presentations, and meetings.
- Relationship Building Skills:
Building and sustaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to spot and pursue new business prospects.
- Industry Knowledge:
Understanding the industry landscape where the company operates, including regulations, market trends, and emerging technologies.
