We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een getalenteerde en enthousiaste Nederlandssprekende Eerstelijns Support Specialist om ons team in Kaapstad | Franschhoek te versterken.

**Functieomschrijving**:
Als Nederlandssprekende Eerstelijns Support Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van uitstekende klantenservice en technische ondersteuning aan onze Nederlandssprekende klanten. Je belangrijkste doel is het oplossen van klantproblemen, het beantwoorden van vragen en het waarborgen van klanttevredenheid. Deze functie vereist vloeiend Nederlands en het vermogen om complexe technische concepten effectief over te brengen aan niet-technische personen.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Tijdig en nauwkeurig reageren op klantvragen en verzoeken om technische ondersteuning.
- Problemen met software oplossen en complexe problemen indien nodig doorverwijzen naar het juiste team.
- Alle klantinteracties, vragen en oplossingen nauwkeurig documenteren in het ticketing systeem van het bedrijf.
- Gevestigde procedures en richtlijnen volgen om technische problemen effectief te diagnosticeren en op te lossen.

**Vereisten**:

- Vloeiend in het Nederlands (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling) is essentieel. Extra vaardigheid in het Engels is een pluspunt.
- Bewezen ervaring in een klantondersteuningsrol, bij voorkeur in een technische ondersteunings
- of helpdesk-omgeving.
- Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden om klantproblemen te identificeren en op te lossen.
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden om te kunnen omgaan met klanten met uiteenlopende technische achtergronden.
- Het vermogen om complexe technische concepten op een duidelijke en beknopte manier uit te leggen aan niet-technische personen.
- Bekendheid met software
- en netwerkprincipes.
- Ervaring met ticketing systemen en tools voor klantrelatiebeheer (CRM).
