Potentiam is looking for a
dynamic, energetic, go-getter to drive sales for our UK based client on a mission to make sure that every customer is empowered by providing the most comprehensive range of financial services made for the self-employed that you'll find anywhere.

A relentless approach to outbound sales will land you an interview

As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Commercial_
  • To meet monthly KPIs with regards to calling prospective clients and successfully sell the client's services and products to a range of clients
  • To make follow up phone calls to prospective clients to confirm receipt of the client's information, overcome potential objections, and possibly resell the proposition
  • To ensure that the CRM is updated with good quality notes following client communications
  • To identify and pursue opportunities for crossselling the client's products and services to generate business and increase profitability

  • To build effective relationships with potential clients and existing customers, by use of appropriate questioning clarification and language
  • To speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services to ensure that a professional company bran and image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues
