Inside Sales Representative (USA Client) Remote 3pm-11pm

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential Payroll and HR clients, introducing our cuttingedge software solutions, and identifying lucrative sales opportunities.
  • Skillfully ask pertinent questions to grasp the customer's requirements and pain points, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to pinpoint key decisionmakers in target companies, effectively showcasing how our offerings prcisely address their needs.
  • Conduct captivating product demos and presentations, highlighting the unmatched value and benefits of our solutions.
  • Expertly qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns and adeptly handle inbound inquiries with professionalism.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with prospects, guiding opportunities seamlessly through the sales pipeline.
  • Adapt our solutions to address specific customer needs and navigate complex business challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate crossdepartmentally to negotiate and close deals, consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas, with a strong preference for experience in phonebased sales.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer programs, such as CRM software, Asana, and other project management tools, to efficiently track and manage leads and sales activities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a flair for engaging prospects and conveying information persuasively.
  • Adept at negotiation and equipped to handle customer complaints gracefully.
  • Selfmotivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently and remotely.
  • Tenacious, resultsoriented, and resilient when faced with customer rejection.
