Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing secretarial and administrative support in order to facilitate an efficient and organised environment supporting the providers,
  • Responsible for contracting of providers for networks
  • Enquiry management on contracting terms and other provider requests
  • Accurate capturing of provider contracts and information on the system
  • Support other departments with information relating to contracts and any other provider management enquiries
  • Fulfil various stakeholder engagements as mandated by the head of providers
  • Ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing
  • Good interpersonal skills and capability to interact with people at all levels
  • Good planning and organising capability
  • Good time management
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong administrative skills such as record keeping and updating
  • Motivational skills
  • Demonstrate a professional image
