The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
  • Operating switchboard, receiving clients and locating staff for meetings
  • Controlling courier items and other mail delivered to / from reception
  • Meeting arrangements
  • Supplier liaison, payment processing and database maintenance
  • General office administrative assistance
  • Report faults and maintenance requirements
  • Meeting management activities
