Office Administrator with Management Skills

Our organisation requires a female Office Administrator with at least 2-3 years experience in a similar position.

This position will require strong individual to assist with managing technicians on a daily basis, as well as handling the following aspects:

  • Assist with answering inbound telephone calls.
  • Assist and ensure that technicians create support ticket requests for clients who call in.
  • Source quotes/pricing from suppliers
  • Generate quotes for customers.
  • Compile invoices for work completed.
  • Assist with general admin duties such as ordering of office supplies.
  • Compile sales and customer proposals.
  • Assist technical team with basic support to clients when required
  • We do not require a technical support person, only assist with requests where possible.
  • Assist technicans with daily schedules
  • Ensuring that assigned work is completed.
  • Follow up with customers on quotes sent.
  • Assist with general admin related work.


The position will be based on a 4-month probation - On completion of probation, a performance bonus incentive will be discussed, depending on performance.


This position will require an energetic individual with drive to grow and build the company with a strong understanding of customer satisfaction.

Minimum qualifications - Matric or diploma in office administration with proven ability to handle pressure.

From R12,000.00 per month
