Duties & Responsibilities

Supports field teams with technical support
Monitoring all technical requests received
Acknowledge of technical request from customer or Supporting structures
Troubleshoot technical issues
Diagnose and assist with technical issue
Resolve technical issue or refer to service delivery agent and service coordinator for further assistance
Updating customers
Sending quotes and invoices to the clients.
Providing final feedback to customer on resolution
Support Leader in resolving and achieving customers services
Ensure reporting is accurate and detailed
Ensure all customer interactions are recorded
Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and Policies
Treat customers with respect and ensure professional courteous articulate communication with customers at all time.
Focus on quality and standards
Always listen to the customer's requirements and requests
Always be professional when communicating to customers

Qualifications:
