As a Helpdesk Operator, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance or support.

Your primary responsibility will be to respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate problems as needed to ensure prompt resolution and excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for technical issues via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Identify and diagnose software and hardware problems and escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams.
Guide users through step-by-step solutions and document technical processes and resolutions.
Ensure all incidents and service requests are logged and tracked until resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve issues promptly.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Assist with updating knowledge base articles and documentation for common issues.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Helpdesk Operator, Technical Support Specialist, or similar role.
Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Technical certifications or coursework in IT support is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in IT or customer service are advantageous.
