Job Objectives
To provide an efficient sales coordination service to production and sales

Key Responsibilities
Quotes are drafted and sent to customer in time.

Quotes and Orders are processed accurately and timeously according to procedures

Quotes and order conversions are correctly recorded on JDE

Contact with key stakeholders is maintained regarding possible orders or status of proposals

All major quotations and tenders are followed up on and input is provided on project status

All queries/complaints are handled to customer satisfaction

Orders, contracts and confirmations of delivery dates is confirmed and customer is communicated with accordingly External and internal customer orders and queries are managed to ensure that expediting is in accordance with set standards

Weekly and monthly reports are distributed by due date.

Queries on debtors book, updates and expediting are handled to customer satisfaction.

Qualification & Requirements
Grade 12

Computer literate - Microsoft suites packages

At least 3 years customer liaison experience in sales administration environment

Attention to detail

Communication and Problem-solving skills etc.

Quality orientation and customer focus.

JDE will be advantageous.
