Job Overview

1.

Strategic Business Development:

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify key opportunities for growth.

2.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:


  • Conduct indepth needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that address their business challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

3.

Sales Pipeline Management:


  • Manage the endtoend sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely followups and effective pipeline management.
  • Utilise CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track progress, forecast sales, and generate insightful reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.

Cold Calling:


  • Conduct proactive cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services, identify decisionmakers, and schedule meetings.
  • Utilise effective cold calling scripts and techniques to engage prospects and generate interest in our offerings.
  • Follow up persistently with cold leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.

Negotiation and Contract Management:


  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts, favourable terms, and sustainable partnerships.
  • Draft and review proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
  • Work closely with legal counsel and senior management to mitigate risks and resolve any contractual disputes or issues.

6.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B sales and business development.
  • Proactively identify areas for process optimisation, efficiency improvements, and revenue enhancement.
  • Share insights, feedback, and lessons learned with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Requirements:

  • MS Office proficient
  • Telesales experience (1 year)
  • Must reside in Centurion.
  • Own reliable transport
  • Worked on CRM systems an advantage.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
Salary on offer is R12 000 plus commission. This is an office-based position.
