purpose:
- We are looking for a seasoned Administration Manager to join our Social Investing Office (SIO) team. In this role you will be accountable for the endtoend process excellence and provide support and assistance to the Programme Manager. This role a key driver of internal operations and you will have the opportunity to provide the Social Investing Office with core support services.
experience and qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification
- Relevant Diploma or Degree
Preferred Qualification
- Relevant Degree
- Experience 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar environment of which 1 to 2 years ideally at junior entry management level
- Additional Knowledge: Understanding of Contract Management and Tender processes would be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent Communication skills
- Administration Management experience preferable
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- In-Depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and organisational policies
- A team player with leadership skills
