  • One of the new fast growing automotive vehicle brands in South Africa, requires a Dealer Development Assistant The assistant is a support function to the Dealer Development Manager by conducing specialised Dealer Development functions for the brand across all product lines.
    _ RESPONSIBILITIES_
  • Monitoring of dealer performance, both financially (high level) and from a compliance point of view, relating to dealer operating standards.
  • Assist in the Implementation and rollout of national Dealer Operating Standards and associated incentive programs.
  • Monitoring of the dealer incentive programs, dealer standards and determine the dealer network performance using Lightstone data and Autostats data.


 For "nonperforming" dealers
  • The interpretation of dealer financials (high levelbalance sheet and income statement analysis) to determine dealer's financial health and provide the necessary interventions and corrective actions when necessary.
  • Present monthly management reports for the above tasks.


 Dealer Development
  • Support with Corporate Identity upkeeping, maintenance and upgrades of the dealer network.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to Dealer Development.
  • Liaise with all product divisions and suppliers to ensure the Dealer Development strategy is implemented.
    Inherent Requirements

_REQUIREMENTS_

  • Matric
  • 23 years in a similar role
  • Post graduate business related qualification advantageous
  • Project management is crucial in this role
