Employee Benefits Key Accounts Executive

Our client is looking for an individual to join company as an Employee Benefits Key Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for selling Group Employee Benefits and VAPS in class IV Class XIII and Other clients while building and maintaining relationships with them.
Responsibilities:
Revenue generation New Business:
Sell the client's products through sales leads through networking, referrals, cross-selling and warm/cold callingFollow up on leads in respect of sales opportunitiesManage business intelligence and business generated leads in a professional and timely mannerCustomer Service and Relationship Management:
Lead analysis initiatives and service improvement reviews across the businessBuilding channels and finding partners:
Build strong relationships with existing customers and new business prospects from initial call strategy gaining their trust and respectAttend meetings and to initiate sales Reporting and Compliance:
Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential salesMitigate controllable Risks through Quality, due diligence and disclosuresQualifications:
NQF 6 National Diploma in an FSB recognised qualificationCFP is AdvantageousRE 5 (Representatives) non-negotiableFAIS accreditedExperience and Knowlege:
At least 5 years proven sales experience in long and short term insuranceKnowledge of COID advantageousAbility to interact at a C suite levelKnowledge of business policies, processes and procedures, legal complianceHighly developed, demonstrated Sales SkillsProven track record of sales experience in a Business-to-Business employee benefit product environmentAppropriate experience in a client facing environmentExperienced in identifying potential marketsDemonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve sales processesDemonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful advice and input to grow revenueCompetitive in their approach to business
