The Advanced Coordinator Sales Support & Administration for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Distributor Contract Management, Management of Channel Partner Compliance Activities, Channel Partner Score Card, and Business Reviews in South Africa, and Channel partner Quality and Regulatory Management and Administration.

This position ensures that all Channel Partners comply to Beckman Coulter Policies and Procedures.

This position is part of the Diagnostics Commercial Support Team located in Samrand, Gauteng and will be hybrid. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.


You will be a part of the Customer Service Administration & Relationship Management Team and report to the Commercial Support Manager Southern Africa responsible for Managing this CSAR Team, Order and quote Processes, Channel Partner Compliance and Sales Analytics.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • _ Contracts and Letters
  • Channel Partner & Supplier Agreements, Turnkey Projects and Service Agreements as well as End user and non-renewal agreements._
- _ Channel Partner Compliance
  • Compliance Trainings with Channel Partners, Screening and Legal & Compliance management._
- _ Channel Partner Scorecard & Business Reviews
  • Lead, review and action follow ups. _
- _Quality & Regulatory
  • Updating and maintaining QRM policies, procedures and share Policies and procedures with channel partners as well as the Compliance trainings. Active involvement in QSMR meetings, internal & external audits and take part in Channel Partner audits with the Quality team. _
- _Commercial Administration - processing of customer quotations and proforma invoices, drafting customer, sole supplier, and manufacturing authorization letters. Maintain admin supplies for Sales, Marketing, and CSAR Departments and assist with the Travel arrangements for Senior Management. _

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • _ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. Oracle experience would be beneficial._
- _ Basic computer knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management._
- _ Strong Interpersonal and communications Skill._
- _ Excellent telephone etiquette with internal and external customers, peers, and management._
- _ Advanced Typing Skills will be beneficial._
- _ High School Certificate _
- _Qualification in Business Administration would be beneficial or equivalent._

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • _ Sales Administration, Processing of Quotes, Invoices and Orders _
- _Compliance & Customer Relationship Management_
- _ Quality Audits with regards to processes and contracts_

This job is also eligible for 10% on Target bonus/incentive pay.
