Job PurposeResponsibilities**:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate Islamic Banking Strategy and plan RBB across all individual business segments and across all products
  • Develop strategies using existing Nedbank relationships and partnerships to gain market share
  • Collate strategic information from target market to enhance and /or create Islamic Banking CVP's
  • Participate and provide input on relevant projects aimed at enhancing end user client experience
  • Ensure collaboration by engaging and managing relationships between selected departments
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder awareness of Islamic Banking product offerings and CVP's.
  • Network with identified external stakeholders.
  • Drive the launch of targeted Islamic Banking CVP's across all channels to achieve sales targets
  • Meet product innovation objectives.
  • Ensuring Islamic Banking products health and governance.
  • Support the achievement sales targets
  • Manage costs within area to achieve budgetary targets
  • Drive cost efficiencies for all activities

Minimum Experience Level

  • 3+ years Islamic Banking experience, preferably in establishing an Islamic Banking function
  • 57 commercial banking management experience
  • Leading teams and crossfunctional collaboration

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor or Masters in Islamic Banking
