Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver marketing and communications campaigns that engage and inspire our employees and stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement brand architecture and messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  • Manage and maintain our internal and external communications channels, including social media, email, and print.
  • Collaborate with our events and design teams to create engaging and impactful experiences that showcase our brand and values.
  • Develop and maintain our employee value proposition (EVP) and communicate it effectively to our employees and stakeholders.
  • Manage our media profile and respond to media inquiries on HR matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in senior marketing and communications management within a top financial services firm or agency.
  • 10-15 years of experience in marketing and communications with a market leader, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Degree in marketing or communications, preferably with honors or a master's degree.
