About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Prestige Banking team, driving business growth and excellence in client sales and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives, leveraging industry expertise and market insights.
  • Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry trends, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance client experience.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in leading client sales and service teams within private banking, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve processes.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a First Degree in Business Commerce or a Post Graduate Degree in Business Commerce.
