- Provide technical support to customers and handle support queries related to the company's products and solutions, particularly within the property industry.
- Provide beginning to end resolution to all reported issues.
- Maintain a positive outlook on life, work, and interactions with others.
- Pay attention to detail and exhibit a passion for problem-solving.
- Accurately estimate work required, prioritize tasks, and deliver to deadlines.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
- Think creatively and offer innovative solutions outside conventional approaches.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment as well as work independently.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years' call centre and/or customer management experience (Solution training will be provided)
- Any IT or Communication qualification
