  • We are on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Quality Senior Specialist to monitor E2E network performance and activities leading to Best Network conditions and support RAN, Transmission and Core activities in pursuing these actions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysis and implementation of automated mechanisms to ensure Best network
  • Cross functional involvement between RAN / Transmission / Core environments
  • Involvement in deep analysis of Network performance and configuration to ensure optimisation
- of all entities

  • Regular reporting and Insight analysis of these elements to guide regional and central activities
  • Diagnosis of subscriber trends and failure classification to trap abnormal conditions
  • Ensuring Regional and Core teams of understanding of the main challenges in the network
  • Designing processes to identify, raise and automate solutions to ensure shortest turn around in
- problem resolutions

  • Focus on trialling and Crowdsource quality to understanding soft targets and quick gains
  • Ensuring focus is maintained on long term capacity and Coverage planning
  • Forecasted Network Growth and Network Traffic Planning for Access, Edge, and Core areas
  • 3year Degree/National Diploma related to engineering field of study (minimum)
  • Knowledge of database design and C# coding, Telecom interworking and detailed
- confident and comfortable with the technical aspects of the roll i.e. be able to present
- detailed status of their direct responsibility. Individual must be of sufficient confidence
- levels to take on projects with limited assistance and deliver on time. The person must also be resourceful and have a 'Can do' attitude whilst knowing how to raise awareness of problems and challenges.

  • 58 years of work experience in the RAN /Telecoms industry specific to RAN and
  • Transmission Quality Analysis
  • 2 years' experience with SQL or database development
  • Preferred experience in Python programming
  • Experience in Data Analytics
  • Knowledge and experience in performance management and planning tools in RAN and Transmission Analytical thinker & solutionoriented Resilient planning & implementation
