  • Managing travel arrangements
  • Implement and maintain office policies
  • Manage office infrastructure
  • Greeting and managing company visitors
  • Manage company insurance and fixed assets
  • Communicating with department heads
  • Counseling any employees struggling in their roles
  • Managing reception staff
  • Organising staff birthday gifts
  • Manage company fleet
  • Manage company printing schedule
  • Manage company compliance and registrations

Requirements:

  • 10+ years administration experience
  • Previous experience as office manager essential
  • Ability to manage employees
  • Drivers license + own vehicle
  • Previous working experience within the BEE industry will be advantageous
- _A_ccounting knowledge will be advantageous
