RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Human Resources (HR) Administrator will report to the HR Officer and assist the HR and Payroll Department with all relevant administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Assist with the full range of HR activities (from recruiting new staff members to processing terminations)
  • Assist with Payroll Processing, leave requests, ID runs/checks and other Payrollrelated tasks
  • Input data into the SAGE 300 PEOPLE system
  • Organise and maintain personnel records
  • Update and maintain internal HR databases and ensure that the HR database is up to date
  • Create statistical HR reports and keep track of HRrelated data using Excel
  • Participate in all HR projects, strategic planning sessions and monthly HR meetings
  • Answer employee queries about HRrelated issues
  • Issue out, track, scanin and file all relevant HR and Payroll Documents
  • Any other ad hoc duties required from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric (required)
  • Human Resources Degree, Diploma or Relevant Qualifications (beneficial)
  • Proven work experience an HR Administrator or in a similar HR role
  • Experience with SAGE 300 PEOPLE (beneficial)
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws and practices (BCEA, LRA, OHS, EE and POPI Acts)
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with excellent attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadlinedriven environment
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential

SALARY STRUCTURE:

This position is offering a salary that is inline with that of an entry-level position. The salary package will be discussed in the interview.
