Inbound Sales Representative
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers who have expressed interest in our products or services.
You will play a crucial role in converting leads into satisfied customers, contributing to the company's overall sales objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
PLEASE NOTE WORKING HOURS ARE 5PM TO 1AM TO ACCOMODATE THE USA TIME DIFFERANCE - MONDAY TO SATURDAY,
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
- Actively listen to customers' needs and provide accurate product or service information.
- Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers to enhance the sales process.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay uptodate with the features, benefits, and specifications of the products or services offered by the company.
- Clearly and effectively explain product/service offerings to potential customers.
- Address technical queries and provide detailed explanations to ensure customer understanding.
Sales Process:
- Guide customers through the sales process, including product selection, pricing, and payment options.
- Assist customers in completing purchase transactions, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Upsell or crosssell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after the sale and address any postpurchase concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build longlasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other relevant stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the team to enhance the overall sales approach.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inbound sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and salesrelated tools.
- Goaloriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
