What's the role?

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and researching potential clients
  • Generating warm leads and cold calling
  • Contacting prospective clients and setting up meetings
  • Self-generation of leads and building a prospect list
  • Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
  • Using the company CRM to update and manage your sales pipeline
  • Upselling products to existing clients
  • Meeting (and exceeding) sales targets
  • Establishing, building trust, and maintaining strong relationships
  • Identifying and understanding our client's business requirements

Administration:

  • Receiving and capturing sale orders from customers
  • Verifying orders by checking the correct information, including customers personal details and payment details
  • Amending/changing and maintaining existing orders
  • Managing all supplier accounts and stock.
  • Sourcing specialised equipment or custom builds.
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Communicating order deadline dates for production
  • Shipping orders when stock available
  • Tracking new stock and orders.
  • Receiving calls from customers and assist with queries and ETAs on orders
  • Following up on orders and client requirements
  • Communicating with customers re-orders that are ready
