***As the
Attendance Administrator you will be responsible for the accurate recording and tracking of employee work hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Recording and tracking of employee work hours.
  • Work with labour providers to ensure that hours are correct.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee time data.
  • Manage and administer time and attendance, ensuring they are uptodate and aligned with organizational policies.
  • Generate regular reports on time and attendance metrics for management review.
  • Conduct analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with finance to ensure that correct hours are billed.
  • Assist with Payroll processing and timesheet capturing.
  • Responsible for any other HR related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Human Resources or Payroll qualification.
  • Proven experience in time and attendance management.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping systems and software.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
