Role Headline

This position is ideal for a self-starter ready to take on multiple tasks and support the Customer Service Department in South Africa. We are looking for a young dynamic individual who is ready to take on the challenge at one of the world's leading technology companies.

Responsibilities of the Role

  • Working on SAP to book customer orders, post goods issue, creating delivery notes, and invoicing customers.
  • Performing other processes related to customer orders.
  • Be a finance business partner to the assigned Digital Industry Customer Service portfolio (support with reports and financial advice).
  • Attend to customer queries.
  • Revenue forecasting.
  • Actuals reporting.
  • Achieving set portfolio targets.
  • Managing Work-In-Progress orders.
  • Debtors' management.
  • Provide feedback on finance matters related to your respective portfolio.
  • Support management and team with ad hoc tasks when required.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Completed B.Com Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance, or related field
  • Little/No work Experience in the related field.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Tools.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Desire to learn.
  • Goal Driven.
  • Self-starter.
