  • To assist the head wine buyer in all processes of wine buying administration.
  • All SAWIS administration pertaining to the cellar.
  • To ensure cellar is compliant to audit standard.
  • Setting up of contracts (wine & grapes)
  • Capturing contracts on SAGE
  • Assist Wine Buyer with harvest recons
  • Ensures cellar complies with audit standards
  • Bulk wine stock tracking
  • Monthly stock takes of bulk wine

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience will count in applicant's favor
  • Matric certificate
  • Relevant degree in winemaking / stock control / cellar audit standards
  • Strong computer skills (excel, SAGE etc)
  • Strong administrative skills
  • General grape and wine process knowledge
  • Knowledge of wine making record keeping
  • Knowledge of SAWIS certification (sawis 6, BG6)
