Position Title:
SaaS Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

SaaS Sales:

  • Identify and target potential clients interested in ERP solutions and other business software.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS offerings, emphasizing the value they bring to businesses.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to understand their unique business requirements.

ERP Solution Selling:

  • Effectively communicate the benefits of ERP solutions to potential clients.
  • Customize sales strategies based on the specific needs and challenges of each client.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to stay informed about the latest features and updates in our ERP offerings.

CRM Implementation:

  • Assist companies in the successful implementation of CRM systems.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and tailor CRM solutions accordingly.
  • Provide training and support to endusers during the CRM implementation process.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our SaaS solutions.
  • Proactively address client concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional SaaS services or features.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
  • Provide valuable insights to product development based on client feedback and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably with a focus on ERP solutions.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and experience in assisting companies with CRM implementations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of business software, SaaS technologies, and cloud computing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
