Sales Account Manager

Education:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a similar environment
- Strong understanding of products/services
- Proactive in identifying and addressing client needs
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by actively prospecting, making quality calls, preparing proposals, and conducting product demonstrations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to meet quotas and objectives, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address client concerns, ensure deployments meet expectations, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Sales Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, compile statistics, and maintain updated sales documentation.
- Health and Safety: Promote and adhere to safety plans, report incidents, and contribute to a safe working environment.
