The role of a Process Assistant is to perform clerical duties for functional groups. It is to follow up on outstanding information as well as update client information.
The purpose of this role is to ensure clients are content and engaged. What will you do?

Outputs/ Core Tasks:


Under general supervision, performs a limited variety of clerical duties for functional groups involving compiling and arranging data, making standard computations, processing and coding documents and maintaining records and files.

Routines are generally prescribed, and supervision is readily available.
Ensure that New Business cases are issued as soon as possible after the proposal has been received.
Follow-up on outstanding information on proposal forms.
Update client information on a regular basis.
Communicate with both the client and marketer telephonic and in writing.
Ensure clients are satisfied and retained.

Note:

The environment necessitates overtime in peak periods. The amount of overtime hours depends on the business need in terms of the volumes received. What will make you successful in this role?

Qualification:

Grade 12

Experience:

At least 12 months data capturing experience.
Experience within a target and production driven environment.
