sponsorship sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. - Experience in
energy or mining events or conferences: - Knowledge of the energy and/or mining sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in event planning or management is preferred.
- Proactive nature and eagerness to chase NEW business
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential sponsors based on industry, location, and past sponsorship history.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential new sponsors
- Create sponsorship packages that meet the needs and goals of sponsors, while also aligning with the organization's mission and values.
- Negotiate sponsorship contracts and ensure all parties are meeting contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure sponsor benefits are delivered as promised.
- Maintain accurate records of sponsor information and activities in the CRM system.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices related to sponsorship sales.
- Follow through on the deliverables
- Ensure timely followup with customers

- Comfortable with pressure and deadlines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Hubspot)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
