Client based in Sandton is looking for an available immediately Junior Business Support Coordinator (BSC) to coordinate and take responsibility for the day to day activities and deliverables within the different functions of the sales team by interacting with relevant internal and external stakeholders and providing support to the Business Manager.

Duties and Deliverables:

Ensure credit facilities are obtained through ensuring the accurate completion of documentation for submission

Create an internal facility request in SAP and scan and attach the supporting documentation
***:

Coordinate and manage credit facilities and / or limits
***:

Manage all deal compliances ensuring terms and conditions of facility are adhered to
***:

Request settlements from Funders and ensure sign off outside of operating matrix
***:

Generate and prepare quotes and proposals
***:

Generate master rental agreements, relevant compliance documents / securities
***:

Ensure deals are approved in SAP at each status until it is in status 33 and submit to Operations to scan and upload invoices and generate documents

Verify correct signatory as per resolution when signed doc's are returned

Verify that all compliance requirements are met and complete the Compliance check list and sign off before submitting for discounting

Obtain insurance confirmation

Maintain Business Partner information in SAP

Facilitate the settlement of insurance claims - provide insurers with settlement value and ensure excesses are paid if applicable

Coordinate and ensure that the tender process is followed (Public Sector)

Coordinate supplier approvals

Support customers and vendors

Liaise with suppliers in relation to invoices issued or outstanding information

Attend meetings / on-site visits with Business Manager

Interact with customers to identify opportunities as well as gaps and risks in order to develop possible solutions

Respond to queries, customer complaints etc. in the absence of Business Manager and finalise all incomplete tasks as well as customer queries, quotes etc. within agreed timeframes
