Key Performance Area:

  • Administration of all maintenance
  • Update daily VOR report
  • Ordering of parts
  • Ensuring jobcards are uploaded on X
  • Controlling of stock (parts & oil)
  • Submit monthly stock reports (parts & oil)
  • Ensuring parts ordered are delivered & signed for
  • Responsible for licensing of vehicles
  • Asset transfers, CAP and document processing
  • Update fleet list if and when required
  • Collating unit failure data
  • Maintain and update admin and technical files

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • 23 Years experience in the administration field
  • General transport background highly advantageous
  • Experience or exposure to technical aspects in the Transport Environment would be an advantage
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • X3 experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving abilities
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Deadline orientated
