Bookkeeper, Office Manager and Admin

Job description:
Responsible for full debtors and creditors control, attending to any supplier or client queries.
Capturing jobs, raising budgets, creating POs and client invoices and processing supplier invoices on Chase.
Loading suppliers and clients
Loading payments, balancing accounts
Clearing cash book and credit cards then performing bank and credit card reconciliations.
Managing crew/freelancer spreadsheet for IRP5s
Providing accounting officer with information regarding monthly payroll so that salary deadlines can be met.
Providing accounting officer with monthly VAT reports.
Ensuring that all company secretarial documents are up to date.
Updating insurance schedule.
Handling insurance claims and liaising with insurance broker.
Ensuring the smooth running of the office, ensuring that office supplies are stocked up and necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out.
Ad hoc tasks as requested by directors.Salary R25,000 cost to company.
Start date 1 August negotiable.
