Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Matric and a diploma/degree in finance.
  • Driver's License: Valid RSA Driver's License.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Excel; experience with Pastel will be beneficial.
  • Experience: Entrylevel position, so no prior experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Allocation: Allocate finances to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Cashbook Reconciliation: Perform cashbook reconciliation.
  • Creditor Invoices: Process creditor invoices and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Creditors Reconciliation: Perform creditors reconciliation.
  • Filing: Maintain organized filing systems.
  • Debtors Reconciliation: Assist with debtors reconciliation.
  • Stock Monitoring: Capture and monitor stock.
  • Supporting Management: Provide support to management.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist crossfunctional teams with basic financial analysis and data gathering.
  • Financial Reports: Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports and presentations.
