MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (KPI)

Order/Purchase parts as per instruction from Workshop

  • Purchase parts from supplier as per workshop instruction and conduct and follow up to confirm receipt of order
  • Populate parts ordered on TMS system
  • Negotiating and Liaise with suppliers

Order/Purchase and obtain approval for additional as per workshop request

  • Capture variances on the TMS system
  • Send request to the Assessor
  • Communicate the decision taken by the Assessor to the Workshop Foreman for further action

Receive and process invoicing

  • Ensure that the parts invoices are costed at the exact required margin
  • Send the final accurate costing to the Assessor for final sign off.
Include the required documentation such as costing, invoicing and additional approvals
